How does Travelry work?
Travelry's marketplace is powered by independent travel experts called "Producers". We hand select all the producers on the platform, however they are not employees of Travelry - they set their own profit margin on each trip they list.
When you book a trip, Travelry acts as an intermediary to process the transaction - ensuring that you receive every part of the trip as promised, only after a trip is completed does a producer get paid. We carefully vet each trip that is listed on the marketplace to ensure that it is providing maximum value for the travelers, this usually means travelers save on average 30% compared to if they planned and booked by themselves.
Can I cancel after I've booked?
After you have booked a trip, Travelry sends all reservation details and payments to our suppliers that are providing the elements of your trip (Housing, Activities, Transportation) and as a result we end up working with numerous companies that all have different cancellation and refund policies (like a kayak rental business vs your rental car) and as a result we cannot guarantee any refunds after 24 hours.
However, if you must cancel a trip after booking we will do our absolute best to retrieve as much of the funds as possible, the amount that we can retrieve after receiving a cancellation request will be communicated to you via email.

What happens after I request to book?
Once you've requested to book a trip, a producer will review your request and verify the availability of all of the listed offerings in the trip, if there are no issues it will be approved. You'll be able to then manage your trip, and view the checklist to keep track of all the details. The trip manager will update with information as your arrival date gets near, such as house checkin codes, addresses, etc
What about flights?
The app does not currently support flights, however Travelry is working with industry suppliers to quickly bring flights to our customers in the app soon! We are happy to help search for the cheapest dates and flights, feel free to reach out to customer support for more help: Support@travelry.net
How do you pick your "Producers"?

How do I purchase trip insurance?
Use the link through our travel partner section of the website to book Travel Insurance through our preferred partner, Faye Insurance.
What if we want to book a trip made for a group larger then ours?
All of our trips are designed for specific group sizes in order to get the best bang for your buck. However our smart pricing system will automatically updates the total cost to reflect the number of travelers selected if its necessary; the activities included in the trip will be the main differentiator in this scenario.
So for example if a 6 person trip is $6,000 and a group of 4 books it, the cost may come down slightly depending on the activities included in the trip - however if the trip does not include any activities, and the type of rental car doesn't need to change its unlikely that the price will change at all.
